In this section you’ll find details on how to get to our sites, what to do if you are coming into hospital for an appointment or treatment and what you should know about if you are visiting a friend or relative.

The trust accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property of any kind, in whatever way the loss or damage may occur, unless deposited for safe custody. Please leave valuables at home. If you need to bring personal items that are expensive, for example micro hearing aids, please be aware that you do so at your own risk.

If you need any further help before, during or after your visit, our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to help. Whether you are a patient or visitor, the team offer on the spot help and will be able to guide you, your family and friends through the different services available within hospital, health centres and GP practices in East Cheshire.
