Community Services Business Unit

East Cheshire NHS Trust and Cheshire East Community Health successfully integrated into one organisation on 1 April 2011, to support the interests of our patients in the future. As one service provider the new organisation will deliver high quality, seamless patient care based on their individual needs which is easy to access.

East Cheshire NHS Trust now has a Community Services Business Unit. The business unit provides a comprehensive range of community based healthcare services in patients' own homes, GP surgeries, health centres and clinics; some working in partnerships with other providers in the NHS.
