Reward and recognition

East Cheshire NHS Trust is committed to rewarding and recognising the contribution that staff make towards the running of the organisation.

Recognising the achievements of our staff has been embedded into regular events during 2009/10. Our colleague and team of the month awards have seen staff from a wide variety of wards and departments being nominated by their colleagues. Loyalty awards and our retirement functions pay thanks those staff who made long-term contributions to the trust. Our annual staff awards event is held annually in October at Tatton Hall. It is a formal celebration of the many successes and achievements by staff across the trust.
