Outpatient Nursing Team

Our experienced Outpatient Nursing Team are led by Elaine Preston, Outpatient Sister who is based at Macclesfield District General Hospital. The department has a team of staff nurses and health care assistants who support the outpatient clinics across all our hospital sites. Outpatient clinics are scheduled between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm and occasionally evening and weekend clinics are scheduled. 

During your attendance within outpatients if you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to discuss with a member of the nursing team.

All the nursing staff will be wearing a uniform. The sister will wear a dark blue tunic. The staff nurse will wear a white tunic edged with blue and the health care assistants will wear a white tunic edged with yellow.
