Booking and Capacity Department

The Booking and Capacity Department manage a telephone service for patients requiring a new or follow up outpatient appointment. The team is led by Deborah Whitmore Booking and Capacity Supervisor. The telephone lines are open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday for patients to contact the team. The booking staff do an early shift between 7.30 am and 8.30 am where they will contact patients to arrange appointments as required.
